HOW TO FACE YOUR FEAR

Fear is one of the strongest emotions. It has a very strong effect on the body and soul.

Some forms of fear are normal. Fear can even help us instinctively protect ourselves from danger. Fear helps us to be aware that we are about to do something dangerous and helps us to make safer decisions.

But fear can also be caused by things that are not really dangerous, such as public speaking. Fear of public speaking can stop you from pursuing a career or attending traditional events, such as giving a toast at your best friend's wedding.

Fear is a strong reaction signal to a threatening situation, such as a fire or a terrorist attack.

It can also affect us when we are faced with harmless events such as exams, public speaking, a new job, a date or even a party. It's a natural reaction to danger, whether imagined or real.

The word "fear" is used to describe a type of anxiety usually associated with a threat or the idea that something will go wrong in the future rather than now.

Ways to face your fear:

Take a break

If you feel overwhelmed by fear and anxiety, you can't think clearly. The first step is to take a break and calm down physically.

Take a 15-minute walk, make a cup of tea, or take a bath to forget your worries.

Panic breathing exercises

If your heart rate increases or your palms start to sweat, don't hold back.

Don't try to distract yourself; stay in the moment and feel the panic.

 Face your anxiety

If you run away from your fear, you will only make it worse. All your fears will go away if you face them. For example, if you are afraid of taking a lift one day, it is better to do it the next day.

Imagine the worst-case scenario

Imagine the worst-case scenario that could happen. Panic and heart attack Imagine that you have a heart attack. That's impossible. The harder you try to do it, the more your fear will disappear.

Work with your fears to live your life

Courage doesn't mean you have to put your head down and smile no matter what happens. You need to find a way to overcome your fears emotionally so you can move on.

Your fears don't describe you

Fear does not define your life. Think about it. It probably reminds you every time you succeed and gives you a moment of calm, confidence, and conviction.

Walking in fear

If you learn to walk in fear, you may find that you feel good. No, really good.
