To keep your hair healthy and not brittle, you should cut it regularly. If you don't want to lose too much length, ask your hairdresser to "clean" your hair so that only the ends are cut. This way, you'll lose the damaged ends but keep the length. Brooke recommends getting your hair cut every two months, and if you have a short or noticeable haircut, you should probably come in sooner.
